I just send a package from SJ to KY couple of days ago. If I can give a 0 star I would. The staff in this UPS store are dishonest and deceitful. First, I paid high price for the package to deliver on time and it turn out they didn't do the delivering but instead USPS did, so the package delay more than 3 days. Secondly, they charged me $250 dollars for that package that only charge $100 at the USPS. If they mention to me that, I would just bring it to the USPS which is about a mile away. In the end, my package was late and they took $150 from me for service fee for carry my package 1 mile away. This is the lowest and worst UPS store ever, I did talked to them about the problem afterward and they told me they don't care. HORRIBLE STORE Please stay away. IF YOU ARE THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE AND READ THIS, PLEASE DO SOME TRAINING ABOUT MORAL.
I came here to the UPS on King and Tully to email some documents to myself and I was helped by a young lady named Sandra that took great care of my urgency to get the documents sent.
Fast, friendly & efficient staff here. I come here often and it is definitely an easy process when dealing with shipping or Amazon returns. 5/5!
I visited the USP store at Plaza de San Jose for a fingerprinting service and to return a few Amazon packages. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making everything go smoothly. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I didn’t have to wait long, and the process was quick and hassle-free. The staff made sure to explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated their professionalism. It’s also conveniently located, so I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs, whether for services or package drop-offs. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
