Price was fine. Nowhere to eat, everyone takes up tables with their things although there’s lockers. Went to order food, I asked if we could get a table to eat or go in the rooms, he said no I might as well not order any food because they stop serving food in about 10 minutes. Still have 45 minutes to jump so my kids will now eat dinner past their bed time since we can’t eat here. Place is super small, not big enough for a party, event or even a night out with 2 kids. Front desk was cool but we’ll continue to drive the longer distance for Big Air. Food service 2/10. When it was Rockin Jump I had no problems with staff

We had an awful experience here and will never be coming back. One employee in particular completely ruined what should have been a fun outing for our family. We were charged for extra jump time incorrectly, and when we tried to calmly point out the mistake, the staff member refused to fix it or even explain it clearly. We were essentially told “too bad” after paying more than we should have. It got worse. That same employee then stopped my child from using the rock wall, claiming there was an age requirement. No such rule was posted anywhere, the other workers said there wasn’t such requirement. Even more frustrating, we watched multiple kids who were clearly younger use the rock wall immediately after while my child was singled out and turned away. There was no consistency, no explanation, and no attempt to treat guests fairly. My child was embarrassed and upset, and the staff showed zero empathy or accountability. If you’re going to make up rules on the spot and enforce them selectively, you shouldn’t be working with families and kids. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers and treats children equally.

recently had my daughters 8th birthday here and it went over well. there was some confusion about who our party host was and we were originally told they wouldn't be in until 1:30, despite our party starting at 1. both at our party and previous times we've been there, we've had negative experiences with staff. all other reviews are so positive, i had higher expectations. kind of disappointed. not likely to return to this location.

Just had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party there and we had a great time. The facilities were clean and not too busy. But the real highlight was our party host,Cam. Cam was truly the best and didn’t not let us left a finger unless we wanted to. She took care of all our needs, was very professional and very friendly. She even checked on us again when she was off the clock. Book your birthdays here and ask for Cam!

Absolutely fantastic job My son had a great time. Our host Kai was amazing and very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything. He was very sweet and did a wonderful job making sure that our son had a great birthday.
