went today to go bowling and after about a half an hour an employee came up to us very apologetic saying they accidentally put us on a lane that they had reserved for an event. they went above and beyond to make sure we still had a good time! refunded our money, gave us a $50 gift card, two $25 game cards and four tickets to the omni game and the 4D theater! will definitely be returning! this place is awesome and AMAZING customer service!!

Star Lanes at Polaris is an absolute stress buster! Visited for the first time and had so much fun—I felt like a kid again. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the entire facility is. We especially enjoyed the HyperBowling! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun night out in the Columbus area

Getting in to get our shoes was the fastest ever. The seating is generous. The part by the lane seats 4-5 adults and there is another table higher for more. We went at 2pm on a Sunday so it wasn't crazy busy. The drink menu had Angry Orchard on tap (yay!) and mocktails that weren't crazy high priced like some places I've been. We were able to easily find house bowling balls in appropriate weights. There was noise but we could still talk without raising our voices. The wait staff came around a couple of times but we had to wait about 5-10 min to close our tab. Would have been nice to order and pay with a digital thing at the table. It was a fun time, we would go again.

What a great place to have a bird party or a work function. The manager on duty this afternoon was amazing. We went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The staff took food that we weren't done with and he replaced it without any hesitation. The service bwas great and the food was delicious.

Took my daughter bowling and had a great time. Nice staff and service. Big arcade. The bowling lanes and black light style, very cool and perfect for kids. Overall a really great place for kids. Very clean and high quality place.
