When I started my fitness journey with Apex Personal training, Joel met me where I was at mentally and physically. He worked with me to set achievable goals that were not overwhelming while continuing to motivate me to do more. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years and this is the longest I have committed to a program thanks to Joel's thoughtful of approach that creates a balance of new challenges and consistency in the program, which encourages growth and builds confidence.
