I have been on a fitness journey most of my life. I have trained with other trainers here in Wichita but never saw results or stayed motivated. But that was until I found Go Dolla Fitness. I have been training for almost two years now and it’s because I love the workouts, the atmosphere and I’m actually seeing my body change. This gym is a gym where all fitness levels are there, all body sizes are celebrated and other clients will cheer u on. Dolla will push you and motivate you to show you that you can lift heavier, do one more rep or run for 15 more seconds. He has packages that can accommodate any time frame and budget as well. He offers group training or individual sessions as well. The workouts vary: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, rope slams and whatever he thinks up for you. Not only can you workout here, but they offer meal preps: from healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners and even snacks. You can meet your nutritional goals along with meeting your fitness goals. You will not be disappointed in this gym. It has been my best investment in myself. You will get results!!’
Chelsea is one of the most motivational people I know! She will not let you coast and is very understanding at the same time. One thing about Chels is she is not going to let you talk down on yourself. If you need 1:1 training I highly recommend her! Have seen so much growth mentally and physically and I have been told so by others as well ever since I started training!
I absolutely love Go Dolla Fitness. My fitness journey with Dolla is one of the BEST I have ever had and my results have been amazing.
