Jesse and his team were fantastic to work with for our wedding day transportation. He was on time, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. Everything went smoothly and our guests had no issues. Highly recommend API Global Transportation for a special event!
Can't say enough about Jesse and the whole team at API. They were great to work with and made sure our wedding transport went off without a hitch. Everyone was professional, the limos were clean and communication was clear and easy.

We have been using API for years for an elevated experience when traveling (SFO or SMF), both business and pleasure. They are on time, friendly, and so very professional. I will specifically share that for this trip Jorge was so kind and helpful for my pick up, I was very happy to see him on my return trip. If travel is stressful, or you are tired at the end of your trip, there is nothing better than to see your API driver waiting for you. Thank you for years of service.
I really hate giving this place such a low review especially since I had done previous business with them in the past. My previous experience was good, however they completely ruined my best friend's birthday that he was celebrating with his significant other. The bus driver was an hour late and went to the wrong pick up location. When she arrived the bus had a tire issue and didn't want to take us anywhere. Keep in mind, we had a large party and the largest bus they have and paid over 1K for the evening, for that price you would figure we would get a bus that was actually inspected and wouldn't have any issues. The driver had a horrible attitude upon arriving and was completely disrespectful and not understanding at our frustration for being an hour late and telling us our evening might be canceled. She also had Swisher Sweets in the front seat. What you do on your time is your business, but if you are working, you can at least be a little professional. She then started arguing with my friend's girlfriend who was also celebrating her birthday. She ended up dropping us off at our 1st stop and never returned. Thankfully my friend got a refund but the evening was completely ruined and completely ruined an event we had been planning for at least 3 months. It was an embarrassing experience and recommend using a different company for your next event. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of time!
