My work hired Neumann as the valet for our company party and Neumann lost our car keys! We showed up to the party and decided to use the valet, we didn’t plan on staying the whole time as we wanted to get back home to our kids and tried to leave about two hours later. When we went to the valet to get our car we found out they lost our keys. We checked they booth where keys were stored and couldn’t find them, we searched the grounds and couldn’t find them, we went to our car which was left unlocked parked downtown and couldn’t find them. We waited over 2 hours and were the last to leave the event and still nothing!!! We had to call a family member to pick up our spare key from our house and drive 30 minutes to bring it to us in order to get home. Neumann did nothing to try to make this right the night of the event and still now. We will never use valet from Neumann again.

We have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Neumann. The attentiveness, care, detail, and CARE are unmatched by any transportation services out there. For most carriers, it's a transaction and a job to complete. But with Neumann, the drivers have heart and go out of their way to make you smile. And god bless that man, Morley Boyer, not only does he know his stuff, he really partners with you to not just provide a service, but to create memories that last a lifetime.

We selected Neumann for a work function and we had a great experience with them. It’s not the first time my employer has used them and they always deliver top notch service. Our needs often take us a good 2 hours out of the area and extend until late in the evening… nonetheless the driver - Dino - did a great job and took awesome care of us …
