This company is incredible! Keven, Elliot and Bob were true professionals and cleaned our HVAC ducts and repaired a moldy part of our furnace. They came to view the job at hand and immediately drew up a plan of action. Scheduling was easy and Kevin called 30 minutes before arriving as a courtesy. All three men wore booties to keep the carpeting clean and took before and after pictures of the work they did. Communication, price and service were all 5 star!
I tried to clean our dryer vent myself in a 25 year old house and made a big mess. I called Appalachian in the evening, spoke with Kevin, he came out the next morning, looked at our situation, made a recommendation to bring the vent up to code, completed the work in a couple of hours with new materials, took pictures of the new vent in our crawl space, remounted the outside vent cover, all at a very reasonable price. We were lucky that he could complete the work so quickly and affordably. I feel much better with the new vents that he installed and have peace of mind knowing that we will not have a fire in our dryer vent due to not cleaning out the lint. I could not have asked for better service and will use them again in the future to keep our air and dryer vents clean.
If you need any work done at home and not fall for over priced franchise or big box stores call Elliott and Kevin. Elliott not only took time to understand the problem but also provided options in terms of fix versus replacement, pros and cons. I can go on and on but fact of the matter is that whole house air ducts cleaning including replacement of plenum and resealing the duct work took almost a day because they were thorough and wanted to ensure work was done properly and perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone even planning to get work done to call them first before you get any franchise stored a call. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for treating us like family.
From the our initial appointment with Appalachian Air Ducts, Kevin (the owner) and Elliott (their technician) to the finished outcome were outstanding. The inspection of our ductwork, the explanation of the results, guidance through the planning and the designing of our new air ducts, and the completion of the project were the best that we could ever hope for. Everyone were prompt on their arrival times, worked extremely hard throughout the project, and communicated well. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing their workmanship!
I had all of my ductwork replaced and an air filtration system installed. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this company and the folks that did the work. It’s not often that I feel I’m getting great service and that a company isn’t trying to take advantage. They did such an awesome job, they were very personable and made sure that every little detail was taken care of.
