Our built-in ice maker started leaking underneath the cabinet, something we hadn’t dealt with before. We were concerned about potential water damage, so we scheduled service and Dave took the call. He immediately shut off the supply line, inspected the inlet valve and internal tubing, and identified a cracked connector causing the slow leak. After replacing the damaged section and securing all fittings, he monitored the unit to ensure there were no further drips. The repair felt preventative as much as corrective. Knowing the issue was resolved before it escalated gave us real peace of mind.

We began noticing a strong vibration coming from our front control dishwasher during the drying cycle. Instead of jumping straight to part replacement, Dave observed a full run to understand when the noise appeared. He traced it to a misaligned internal fan assembly and corrected the positioning rather than replacing the entire unit. After securing the components, he rechecked performance to ensure the vibration was gone. The approach felt technical and thoughtful, not rushed. The dishwasher is now quiet again, and the repair was far more reasonable than we expected.

This company seemed great to work with at first since they worked with our maintenance software Property Meld. As time went along the work ethic of their employees declined. Missed appointments, declining phone calls, not keep track of tenants that needed to be scheduled versus work that was approved and needed to be completed. I have been trying to work with their office for the past two weeks to get things streamlined since we have frustrated tenants that have appliances that are not functioning. Would not recommend if you are juggling multiple properties.

Customer service was incredibly bad. I set up an initial appointment to look at a burner on my Viking range. They gave me a same day appointment and then called back to cancel that and change to next day. Next day they texted to say the appointment changed again. After about 5 changes I complained and they assured me the next appointment would be it. I got a call from a technician and he said he was on his way the day before the set appointment. I was surprised but said ok. After an hour I called to ask eta. The rep said they cancelled him because my appointment was to be the next day. I said no one bothered to tell me that, they apologized. So finally the next day the tech comes to look at my range. He spent more time playing with my dog than looking at my range. He used foul language (the f word) when discussing my range problem. He said the screws were stripped but then was able to easily remove them. Everything about this visit and the inability to make a simple appointment was unprofessional. I decided it was best not to do business with this company and forego my initial service fee. What a fiasco!
