Was very happy. They took it on themselves to keep an eye out on cancellations in case an earlier appointment opened up. They managed to get me taken care of, the day before thanksgiving!!! I figured id be waiting, but these guys really took care of me. The man that came out, Billy, was friendly, professional, quick and did great work. I WILL use you guys again and recommend you

Very prompt service – same day. The technician, Michael courteously called as he was getting close to our place. He was very pleasant, efficient and solved the problem immediately. I have been using Appliance Rescue for years and they have always been excellent.

Mitch was great! He explained the problem, and then when he discovered the problem was more involved than anticipated, he provided options, that were less expensive! We have used Appliance Rescue over the years and have always been pleased with their friendliness, professionalism, and work quality. We highly recommend this company.

The work was done timely and with good communication. The tech however left a couple of gouges in my hardwood floor when he moved the refrigerator. Is this something you can address. Please see pictures as I just noticed this morning.

I just had the best experience with Mitchell from Appliance Rescue Service. They let me know they were on their way. He wasn't able to repair my 25 year old refrigerator because the parts are no longer available but he gave me great insight into what to purchase to replace it. On his way out, he gave me very helpful advice on all of our appliances and the best way to get the most life out of them! Super helpful. If you have an appliance in need of service, I highly recommend them. Prompt, courteous and very reasonably priced.
