Carlos and Isaac we’re outstanding! They went above and beyond whenever the dishwasher arrived without the proper parts. Carlos our technician was amazing. We had called a different appliance repair company and didn’t have much luck. Uptown Appliance and Carlos came out. Listened to us about what happened; then immediately went to work. He was able to fix our dishwasher in very short order. I highly recommend calling Uptown Appliance if you ever need repairs. Hopefully you get Carlos as your tech because he was able to handle our issues in a professional manner with a great attitude.

We had a great experience with Uptown Appliances. Carlos arrived at the time he said he would and quickly identified the problem with our oven. The company quickly obtained a replacement part and arranged to install it. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Carlos took care to avoid tracking in mud and damaging the walls and paint in the kitchen. He went above and beyond to help prevent the same problem from occurring again. This company is our new go-to for appliance repair, and we’ll request they send Carlos!
