Phoned the store today about a Christmas return and spoke to Emma who was incredibly helpful and helped me work through my options (because I don't live local to any Apricot store). As such, I will very happily visit this store the next time I am in Cardiff. Thank you Emma!

Lots of Indian style quality clothing but best for tall women. Difficult to find something if you are short. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been a regular customer but today’s experience has put me in a dilemma. I was drinking water from the store fountain when one staff member (in white top) started shouting at me. She was upset I used my water bottle to drink the water, apparently the store doesn’t allow filling up water bottles - only use of plastic cups. How am I suppose to know that? I am using my bottle not to fill up but to drink the water, cups are not sustainable or hygienic. When I tried to explain this, she continued to shout in-front of other customers. This was embarrassing and also very unnecessary. Either put up a sign saying not to use bottles or learn customer service manners. I will ask customers to avoid this store at all costs, either order online or go to another store. You will only be humiliated for your presence.

I find this place hard to rate and I juggle between 2 and 3 stars. The store is clean and well laid out. However, there are clothes in the fitting rooms left by rude people who cannot be bothered to hand to staff when they don't want the item. Some of it ends up on the floor as they cannot be bothered to put it on the hanger properly either 😔 seriously, it's not hard to do people! The clothes look nice, but when tried on they don't, but that's my opinion. Sometimes the fabric feels cheap, and the items can be a bit expensive so this puts me off looking. I wish I could give a better review, but personally, I can't. It just doesn't feel comfortable atmosphere wise. I cannot explain why sorry!

This shop is very popular it has lovely clothes for women I often gone in after seeing what's displayed. I have purchased a few items already, I also did on this occasion. Their sales are good, and it is lovely. Staff are very polite both on the shop floor and the fitting room(s) I keep going!!
