I’ve been to Aqua Car Wash six times now and always have the Deluxe wash. These people are really hard workers. They do a good job inside and out. I always feel like my car drives more smoothly after the wash. Just like I have had a car service. I know this is not possible but it is how my car feels to me. The staff are always pleasant Consistent quality work and pleasant treatment to me. Thank you.

I washed my car at Aqua Hand Car Wash today and I’m really impressed. The staff did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. My car looks amazing. Highly recommend!

These guys went above and beyond for us. We bought a second car which we later found mould in the carpet, under the seat and seat belts. These guys not only removed the mould, but also provided a full interior detail. Upon picking up our car, we were asked to check over the car to see if we were happy. We are beyond happy. Our car looks like a brand new car, our carpets look brand new, our car is absolutely beautiful inside now. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, and we will definitely be back. Thanks again to the team at Aqua.

Great spot! You can get your car washed while you chill with a free coffee. I’ve been here about six times now and the service is always consistent. Clean work, friendly staff, and a nice place to wait and even get some work done. Highly recommend!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S REPLY: - The photos attached to my review show your ‘shortcomings’ are far from what a customer should expect when paying $220. - I did not ask for things that were not included. The ultimate wash includes ‘interior vaccum’ (incomplete), ‘complete interior wipedown’ (incomplete), carpet shampoo (incomplete), ‘boot surrounds’ (incomplete). - I did not threaten a negative review. I stated that if you were not willing to work with me to resolve the issues that I would be making a formal complaint and posting a public review of my experience with your business. This is so future customers are not ripped off. Your response to this (and other reviews) are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE. Unprofessional. Total rip off. This business blames the customer for not double checking rather than taking accountability for their poor service. I paid $220 for the Ultimate Wash which included seat/carpet shampoo. The vehicle was not properly vacuumed nor wiped down. The one carpet stain that I specifically spoke to the staff member about prior to the service was missed entirely. I reached out to the business after realising when I got home and they transferred an inadequate $30 refund. Further the only other solution they offer is for the customer to take the vehicle back or get a free exterior wash. I ended up cleaning it myself.
