I have been very pleased with my service at Ultimate Xpress, Norwood. I now have a membership and the service is so streamlined for a weekly wash. If there is a particular time I want my car to look immaculate through the week (my car is black), I just drop in again and it is all covered in the membership. Worth every cent for me.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Avoid this place at all costs. In January 2025, I brought my Mercedes-AMG E43 here for a car wash. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a large dent and visible damage on the front bumper — something that was absolutely not there before. At first, their staff completely denied any responsibility. Only after I presented clear dashcam footage proving the damage occurred during their service did they admit it was caused by their employee. They then assured me they would take full responsibility. That turned out to be nothing but empty promises. Now it’s April 2026 — over a year later — and despite repeated contact attempts from my insurance company, they have completely ignored the situation. No response, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor service — this is a complete lack of integrity and responsibility. Admitting fault and then disappearing is dishonest and unacceptable. I trusted them with my car, and they damaged it. What’s worse is how they handled it afterward — denial, delay, and now total silence. If this is how they treat customers after causing damage, you should seriously think twice before bringing your vehicle here. I strongly DO NOT recommend this business.
