We love Coach Seth (he is the best coach here for boys) but this location is just not managed well at all. Their GM just cares about the money coming in. New instructors get thrown in after very little training and it shows. It’s quite literally a revolving door of instructors. Because of this unless our instructor is Seth, he will master or improve in a skill in one lesson but the next they won’t give him the opportunity to show his ability without help. Anytime our instructor changes my son is given assistance on areas he hasn’t needed assistance on in weeks or even months. Our last couple of lessons have been horrible because his instructor has been out. The consistency between instructors doesn’t exist. My son was confused on the lesson before last because they were all over the place. I wanted to like this place but their priority is money not teaching kids to actually swim. Nothing against the instructors. It has everything to do with poor upper management.
Excellent structure, and specially the heart welcoming team. Everybody always show up with a great big smile on the face, and makes you and kids feel comfortable. And the big plus: My daughter has increased her swimming skills in a such short period of time, I'm really impressed and happy to see her progress!!
Our 3 yr. old granddaughter loves to go to class and is doing great in just 4-5 sessions. Her other grandparents even mentioned how much better she is doing in the pool. Samantha is a patient, yet productive, coach. We really like her! It’s affordable and they have many times to choose from. It definitely gives our granddaughter confidence and us peace of mind.
My daughter, 14 month old, is at level 2 and enjoys her classes so much. Coaches are very professional and reinforce safety skills in every activity. Hats off to coach Ava and Ash!!!
Karine and Kylie are amazing swim coaches. They are kind, compassionate and gentle. At 6 years old, despite many attempts to teach her myself, my grand daughter Echo remained deathly afraid of the water. I am thrilled to say it only took 2 swim lessons at Aqua Tots for her to feel comfortable enough to put her face in the water and float on her back. These ladies encourage her in a way that I couldn’t. Thanks to Karine and Kylie
