Very kind and knowledable staff and VERY GOOD with communicating to the seller that their buy is ready - by both email and phone calls! Very straightforward with their time approximations. I have bought and sold many times with the location and appreciate that they are forthcoming in that by the end of the day the remaining items would be donated if not collected by the seller (us). Make sure to bring your driver's license for identification purposes to sell. You will get more money - typically 15-25 dollars more if you choose the store credit option vs. a cash payout. Also, it is easier to drop off clothes to sell during the weekdays it seems around opening time (10am) so that you'll be first in line in case you wish to wait around and shop while they are working your buy, otherwise I prefer to drop off and return, as they are typically overloaded with business and buys to access. Only took 6 items from 2 ikea bags but I found some amazing boots and a sterling silver necklace for $25. Pretty decent trade I'd say. I do wish they would have taken more items though. I resale across Texas and have great brands. The store is very clean and has a great layout. The staff was very friendly.

I was presented with the opportunity to shop at Uptown Cheapskate today for the first time and I was blown away by their name brand selections, sizes and prices of clothing! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! The store was a whole vibe, exceeding my expectations! I will definitely be back to shop VERY soon! Nice set up.. They h had just the right shorts n skirts that I needed after losing 115lbs! Nice shoes too! Taking them all the clothes that don't fit me for cash😁 we'll see how that goes🤑🩷

Uptown Cheapskates in Watauga is my ultimate spot for one-time outfits! Their unique pants selection, especially size 0, is a rare find. As an XS, it's challenging to find my size elsewhere, but Uptown Cheapskates consistently delivers, often with brand-new items and high-end labels. Trustworthy and never disappointed, plus, plenty of parking and friendly staff make it a standout shopping experience. Highly recommended!
