Very kind and knowledable staff and VERY GOOD with communicating to the seller that their buy is ready - by both email and phone calls! Very straightforward with their time approximations. I have bought and sold many times with the location and appreciate that they are forthcoming in that by the end of the day the remaining items would be donated if not collected by the seller (us). Make sure to bring your driver's license for identification purposes to sell. You will get more money - typically 15-25 dollars more if you choose the store credit option vs. a cash payout. Also, it is easier to drop off clothes to sell during the weekdays it seems around opening time (10am) so that you'll be first in line in case you wish to wait around and shop while they are working your buy, otherwise I prefer to drop off and return, as they are typically overloaded with business and buys to access.
