The vacuum cleaner was way too weak. Usually, car wash vacuums are stronger than household vacuums, but this one was really weak. It couldn’t even pick up all the sand. The nozzle was also too small, and it couldn’t suck up small stones either. Paying $2 for 4 minutes felt like a waste of money.

I went to get my car washed at 1:30 PM this afternoon and paid $11, but there's a problem... the car wash machine bot wored; neither the red nor green light was on when I was standing there. I've been there many times, and this is the first time I've encountered this situation. I called, but no one has answered yet. Please process my refund as soon as possible.Thank you

Good facility needs a drying capability

I paid for the top delux service and was dissapointed. Water spots all over car and windows and the car still looked like it needed a clean. If I had gone for the $11 wash could understand it. However I paid for the delux wash and left feeling only given the $11 wash.
