I came hear on a recommendation about custom jewelry and it was a fantastic experience. From coming up with a plan to execution. From a small desire of a grandparent to seeing the look on my grandchild face. They brought the experience to life. Highly recommend this spot for any jewelry needs or desires, they truly out did themselves!

Went to them for a battery replacement on my Seiko watch and the service was excellent. The gentleman I was dealing with was incredibly polite and courteous, and you can tell him that he takes his job very seriously. Great shop, would highly recommend!

I had an extremely pleasant experience this morning! I took my watch into Arax Jewellery to get a new battery. The owner stopped what he was doing and immediately put in a new battery. 10 minutes later, the task was complete. What a delightful man. Service with a smile and knowledgeable info regarding the care of my watch. This is my “go to” jeweller in the York Mills/Leslie area. Thank you

This holiday season, and any time of year, if you need to buy jewelry, Arax is the place to go. Let me share my experience. In August, my 88 year old mother had her wedding bands stolen right off her finger after enduring surgery at a hospital in Toronto. So I went to Arax (having been referred) and asked Sevag if he could recreate the ring, with blown up pictures and hand made sketches. With all his experience and knowledge, he recreated the ring - a perfect match! My family is incredibly grateful for Sevag’s commitment and discipline in ensuring my mother would not notice the ring is a duplicate, as in light of her condition, she was unaware that it had been stolen. No one deserves to be robbed, but especially my mother in her condition. Sevag saved the day! I wish you much success and happiness Sevag, and will return to Arax very soon!
