I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Toronto Jewelers. From the very beginning, they truly cared about every little detail of my engagement ring and made me feel like my vision mattered. What really stood out was how they checked in with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Even while I was in Texas, they made the whole experience feel smooth and personal. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my ring quickly, and it arrived exactly as I had imagined—if not better. Their attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made this such a special and stress-free experience. A little overdue by 3 months but leaving a review for Rob was a must. From the beginning you could tell he’s an honest and genuine guy. His work is super solid and you can’t get any better than him. Quality and price point are unbeatable, and I literally looked into DIY-ing a ring for my wife and it didn’t make sense when you compare it to Jewels of toronto. He doesn’t try to upsell you and tries to save you money when he can which is solid. There was a small hiccup with a prong on the ring and Rob said just bring it back and he’ll take care of it which he did. The only thing I would say is take the estimated timeline with a grain of salt, it may take longer and it’s not his fault, but the final product is worth the wait! His custom designs are literally the best on the market, every single woman that sees my wife’s ring is shocked and amazed and the amount of times she’s heard someone say they’ve never seen a ring like that before. Thank you again Robert 👊🏼

I purchased a custom Marquise cut diamond ring. I seldom leave reviews but I had to after this experience. If I could, I would give Robert 10 stars. From the consultation to the production to the delivery, he had amazing service and was communicative with updates! I have traveled thousands of miles to other major cities in other countries and Robert far exceeded his large corporate and smaller private competition in service and pricing!
