My fiancé and I have been together on and off for decades. Long story short, on my most favourite day of the year (Halloween) he gave me the shock of my life by getting down on one knee and asking me to marry him. The ring was the biggest thing I have ever seen!! I was speechless! 😶 literally!!!! My sister had to tell me to give him an answer! Buying and designing a ring online can be nerve racking, but Robert made the entire process smooth and stress free. He answered all of my questions and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted while also maintaining the integrity and structure of the ring, which I truly appreciated. The design process was seamless, and my ring was shipped to Las Vegas quickly. I received it within just a couple of days. Photos and videos do not do it justice. The ring is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The lifetime warranty also provides peace of mind, knowing support is there if I ever need it. This ring exceeded both me and my wife’s expectations! We were worried ordering something online from a new company and not being able to try it on but this ring is truly exceptional. THE SHINE is crazy! It’s BEAUTIFUL, esp the floral detail, and the bands fit together perfectly. You can tell it’s made well. It is a bit heavy and at 6cts it’s huge esp in this setting so you can def get away with a smaller carat size just fine. Would def order from them again!

The customer service was also excellent—Robert was responsive, professional, and efficient. He even did a Zoom consultation, followed by an in-person one. The entire process was smooth and timely.
