ARC staff did an excellent job of producing my large volume printing and binding projects. The quality of the product was perfect, the job was completed ahead of the requested delivery date, and the staff were amazing to work with. Knowing that my print job was in good hands gave me one less thing to worry about. You cannot put a price on that.

I needed a 13 x 17 graduation certificate scanned. Two popular chains could not handle the size and colors and recommended ARC Document Services. At the Campbell location of ARC, Maria and her coworker whose name I did not get, spent a good deal of time and effort with different machines and settings with results that THEY were not satisfied with. So they recommended I see "Jehn" at their San Jose location which had equipment that could handle color photographs. Jehn seemed to take it as a personal challenge to get the best results but after a substantial amount of time could not replicate the colors. He gave us the TOP FOUR results of the scans he was satisfied with. Both locations did not charge me a dime for all their time and effort and Jehn even offered congratulations to the graduate. It is very refreshing to see humanity in play with current affairs in the world. My speculation, and I stress speculation, is that the certificate may have had something embedded in the colors to prevent accurate duplication but still allow reasonable 8.5 x 11 copies to be made.
