I've been under Dr. Pauline's care since my baby was breach in utero. We successfully flipped the baby, leading to a relatively easy delivery. Since then, my son and I have been visiting her for adjustments which has helped tremendously with my son's progression and digestion and for myself with poor posture due to breastfeeding. I've been having significant shoulder and rotator cuff pain since having my son and recently tried the shockwave treatment. After two sessions, I was able to do push ups which I haven't been able to do without pain since my son was born. I'm also seeing much better shoulder mobility. Highly recommend this treatment for anyone having shoulder issues!

I visited Arc of Life Chiropractic for several sessions hoping to get help with chronic rib and shoulder tightness, scapular instability, and neck/ postural issues. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Went consistently 3 times a week for a month+ The chiropractor focused almost entirely on doing the same neck and mid-back adjustments each visit, even after I explained that my main problems were functional — involving rib compression, scapular grinding, and muscular imbalance. There was little assessment or explanation of how the adjustments related to my symptoms, and no personalized mobility, breathing, or strengthening work was offered. When I asked about alternative treatments or targeted soft-tissue or corrective exercises, I was told the repeated adjustments “help the nervous system,” but I didn’t feel any lasting improvement. In fact, the sessions started to feel very routine, like a one-size-fits-all approach rather than care tailored to my specific condition. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff were polite, but I left feeling that the treatment style was too generic for complex postural or muscular issues. I would recommend this clinic only if you’re looking for quick, general spinal adjustments — not if you need detailed, functional rehabilitation or customized treatment.

A New Beginning Thanks to Arc of Life After giving birth, I began experiencing extremely intense pain in my lower back and spine. The pain was so severe that I could no longer walk properly or stand for long periods. I couldn’t even put on a pair of pants without feeling overwhelming weakness and pain.
