I paid around $1100 for 3 movers and on both packing and unpacking only two of them actually moved anything. They arrived late and reeked of marijuana when the arrived and even more so upon arrival at the unloading location so bad they made the entire house stink. They caused around $600 in damages due to their carelessness and horseplay. Arch only offered to cover around $200 of it despite sharing pictures and details as requested. Within minutes of arrival at the loading spot they asked if was going to tip them on the card off the total or in cash. While two worked very slowly the 3rd paced around asking for refreshments. I felt like they intentionally moved slow to try and run the bill up in hopes I would tip off the total. One was really a problem— messing around like a child and looked to intentionally try and trip the other on the way down the stairs while carrying a couch by walking way too fast and laughing the entire time. The other fell, dropped my couch and the kid laughed. All brazenly right in front of me. The same kid later went on to drop and break a glass table top which cut the palm of his hand causing him to bleed profusely- everywhere. They stated they had no first aid on their truck and contacted what I guess was a manager who presumably allowed him to stay- on site- dripping with blood without bandages. He was useless the rest of the day. They did not have on what I thought to be appropriate or non slip foot wear. I felt these individuals were a liability to have around my things and inside my home. Especially if they were driving around in a truck while under the influence of what they smelled like. They damaged my things and when I addressed it with their claims department they provided an insultingly low response stating they don’t have to cover the glass they broke. Overall my experience with Arch was unprofessional disappointing and dangerous. I will not recommend them or use them again in the future.

The team at Arch Moving did a great job moving us from a house to storage units without any damage to our belongings. They worked fast and efficient and completed the move in less time than was quoted. Thank you to Jamar, Eddie, V, Sergio and Leonard for your hard work.

We booked on relatively short notice before the holiday and everything went smoothly moving two households into one. The crew was friendly, efficient, and overall a great experience. As someone who preferred to do their own moves before, I would absolutely use them again if the need arises.

Our three man crew showed up on time. The whole crew spoke well, were polite and considerate of our needs and have no problem pivoting to accommodate extras that came up during this seven hour process which included packing up our home. I highly recommend Jason and Leonard especially they know the tricks of moving very heavy items. Chris was new to the job and gave it his all. Great job guys! Tom & Jessica

The moving experience was good as well as not so good. Some items were left that we requested to be taken. It took 2 trips to move our household which we were not expecting but overall they treated our items with utmost care which was appreciated and they were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free move
