Place is a joke. Guy showed up late, smelled like weed, and just sat around texting his buddies loudly with his volume all the way up. After almost an hour of texting without even touching the TV, said yeah it’s damaged. (Why else would I have called?) I asked if he was going to look at the TV at all and he said, oh I can’t touch the TV and left. Complete waste of time.

My beloved Samsung 65" was repaired today by Schneider TV. The techs were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everything was working well before they left. Great experience.

My microwave went out. The part that needed replaced has a 10-year warranty. Not only were they friendly, as they were the last two times I've used their services, but they were fast, friendly, and their labor costs are very reasonable.

Can't recommend this place enough!! My 85" TV stopped powering on, so I removed the back panel and did some basic troubleshooting without any success. I called Schneider, and Fred walked me through some advanced troubleshooting over the phone. He was able to diagnose the issue and advise me on next steps. Saved me time, a house call, and a LOT of money on the repair. TV is back in working order now. Thanks Fred!!

Wonderful experience with them! They came to confirm what was wrong with our TV as part of extended warranty claim. Kindly explained and answered all my random layperson questions too :) They submitted their documentation to insurance immediately and I was able to get everything resolved as a result.
