ABSOLUTE 10/10. People and coaches are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very beginner-friendly, with such a great community of people to be around. Would 100% recommend to anyone, regardless of skill level. This is the kind of place where you grow.

I've played judo for over 30 years and I've been to clubs all over the country. I will tell you, this is not only the nicest club in Louisville, it's one of the nicest clubs in the nation. The Space is huge, the equipment is new, and the instruction is top notch. Visit and you will not be disappointed.

I went to the grand opening of the new location on Breckenridge Ln because I know a guy who used to train there and he spoke highly of it. Its a great facility and there are a lot of students there. They offer a free class, so with some misgivings (I'm an older guy, in my late 50s) I showed up for the class for "Fundamentals of Muay Thai". I was pretty clumsy, but some of the other students there gave me some help with hand positioning and things. There ARE some guys there who ARE ABOUT IT, for sure! I'm used to going to bodybuilding types of gyms, where you do a set and maybe let your mind wander. Thats not how things are done here, lol! You have to keep focus. And when the Muay Thai Teacher had us all punch the punching bags with the combination that we learned that day, I was hooked! All kinds of people in that room, and we were bringing the fire! There is an energy in this place thats hard to describe. But if you are thinking about looking into it, I hope that you do, because, oh man! GOOD TIMES! I'm still new at this, but I signed up and I intend to keep trying to learn it and practice. The teachers are awesome and SO ARE THE STUDENTS. I didn't think that groups of people like this existed anymore. I'm so glad that I was wrong. And don't be afraid of stepping outside of your comfort zone and learning something new and striving to progress. And this gym here is the place to do it. Boxing, BJJ, wrestling, and my own choice, Muay Thai Boxing! And, oh, the weight room facilities that they have there are more than adequate - better than most silver era weight rooms would have. Benches, cables, fly station, GHR, captain's chair, hack squat, and more. There's even turf there.

Best Martial Arts gym in the Louisville area. Amazing coaches, the training is real, and the people feel like family. Whether it’s striking, grappling, or conditioning, the training is top notch and tailored to all levels. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The gym feels like a family. I have been training there for about 5 months and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It's also 100% the best gym in the region to get good at combat sports! -Sam
