Many years ago I checked out Arhaus and was impressed with the design help I received. They pay attention to detail, in service and in the product. Their furniture is usually artisan with a story behind the item. Their motion couches are amazing and you can see the difference between them and lower priced ones from other stores. Little details like hidden buttons. Middle seats having electric options too. Jim was very nice and explained the pillow options. The different pillow stuffing of down changed the comfort and experience. It was pretty great to sit on those couches after a day of walking and shopping. We didn't have a ton of time to spend there but it's worth a visit.

We recently remodeled a very modern style home. This was kind of a departure for me as I was more historically traditional. We took a trip to the Austin location of Arhaus and I fell in love with so many things! We met Jeff Devonshire who has helped us so many times over our several year journey. Jeff helped me find the “right” look for my new contemporary home with some great Arhaus pieces! I keep going back to him as he always is so helpful with whatever I’m searching for. ❤️

I’ve purchased from Arhaus twice now, with the wonderful help of Jeff Devonshire, to furnish our great room and library. He helped me find the perfect reading chair and a large dining table for family gatherings. The quality of Arhaus furniture is outstanding — everything feels solid, beautifully made, and built to last. The chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the fabric is soft and inviting. Honestly, Arhaus seating is the most comfortable I’ve ever found — even my husband agrees! What I love most is that Arhaus makes it easy to find pieces that are not only beautiful and stylish, but also functional and cozy. And Jeff has been such a pleasure to work with — always patient, attentive, and great at finding pieces that fit perfectly in the space. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely be back for future purchases!

My wife and I have built and sold multiple homes over the years, consistently furnishing them with Arhaus products due to the high quality and value they bring—especially in the competitive Dallas market. When we moved to Austin and began building our new home on Lake Travis, we stopped by the Arhaus store here. From the moment we met Jeff Devonshire, the experience of furnishing both our home and our outdoor pool area with that beautiful Lake Travis view has been nothing short of exceptional. Jeff provided a level of customer service we hadn’t experienced anywhere else. From the initial design consultation to the final delivery, everything was handled with care and precision. The delivery team, especially Mike, was outstanding. They thoroughly inspected each piece for scratches or imperfections before placing them exactly where we wanted in our new home. Awful quality! Terrible assembly and delivery. Order ID 109504304 We purchased a sofa and a bed, expecting somewhat premium quality given the high price, but the experience was a complete disappointment. The sectional sofa arrived dirty, with threads sticking out in multiple places. The quality is far from what I expected. The bed was even worse. The slats were misaligned and unstable, and the slat support didn’t even reach the floor properly. This was compounded by the poorly organized, rushed delivery and assembly team. Honestly, I will never buy from Arhaus again and would not recommend anyone purchase from them, either. It’s just not worth it. There are plenty of other high-quality companies to choose from.
