The Specialized bike employees seemed to be bothered as soon as I walked in. They tried to sell me an over priced bike that didn’t even fit. The store looks nice and is in a great location. If you are looking to walk out with a bike the same day, look elsewhere since their stock is very limited. I went with Trek, since they have more locations, and their people are more helpful.
I had a great experience at the Specialized store in The Domain. The staff were very knowledgeable about bikes and helped me with all my technical questions. Everyone was super friendly, and the environment was welcoming. They made it easy to find what I needed and felt genuinely helpful. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for bikes or advice in Austin.
