As a small bakery owner I often have to call in and do my supply order over the phone so my husband can pick it up. Most times I get Jasmine on the phone and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes my order, confirms that the items are available, gives me options if they are not, and processes everything quickly. She truly makes the entire process pleasant and professional. When my husband comes to pick up items everything is always packed and ready to go which he loves. Thanks Jasmine for making my supply runs awesome!

I usually come into the store multiple times a week and recently worked Daquan one day and with Jasmine the next two days in a row when I needed last-minute supplies for three big projects. Both of them were amazing! Jasmine literally saved my client’s cake. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and I left feeling confident and supported. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I love this cake supply store. The employees actually care about their customers, the prices are reasonable, and I always leave happy and ready to tackle my next project!

Do not shop here until they get it together. I went in for a few simple sprinkles to fix a cake for my daughter's birthday. It's not very CLEAR on how they charge you but here's how it works. You MUST GET an oz of sprinkles because they don't go by weight apparently lol . They just charge based on whatever she decided. Jasmine was my cashier and she was highly agitated and made it very clear they just got a new system and everyone hates it. I didn't say much, just wanted to a Leave..I asked her name politely and she made sure to tell me her name BUT ALSO how much she's frustrated with the stores New changes. At that point I told her she shouldn't be dumping so much negativity on customers. And she explained her anxiety was getting to her and my response was perhaps she should go home for the day and she aggressively told me she couldn't. I didn't even want my receipt. Shame on the employee for being an adult unable to stay professional and shame on this company for allowing this ridiculous mess. First and last visit here FOR SURE. also the spoons they use for the sprinkles were HIGHLY HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!! No gloves, no used or new spoons . Just dirty spoons laying on the counter to shovel sprinkles into a Ziploc bag that they guess the weight on👍

I absolutely love coming here for classes; they are always so fun and just the right amount of challenging. The instructors provide absolutely everything you need! I really want to gatekeep, but this place is too good :) Shoutout to Angela for her great pizza-making class today!

This is a fantastic place to shop and take a class. Their cake mixes are the best I've ever used. The cakes come out moist and delicious. They have everything you need for baking and cooking. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Classes here are amazing! They make learning fun and break it down so that it is easy to learn new skills and techniques for elevating your baking and decorating. They are always great about answering questions and showing you how to create wonderful baked goods. They are also willing to answer questions and give you guidance on projects you plan on doing at home, even if not related to the class you are currently taking. You get to leave class with an abundance of goodies to enjoy with your friends and family. Best of all, they clean up everything so you don't have to do dishes! You will come away with the confidence to bake and decorate on your own and will be excited about trying new things at home. You won't be disappointed if you take a class here :)
