We purchased a $5k sectional here and were sold on the unlimited warranty. The sofa is beautiful and comfortable, if it were able to be professionally cleaned. The warranty was useless. Do not buy it! We were told that it covered everything - “your dog could eat the sofa.” The warranty actually had so many stipulations it was useless. The warranty didn’t even cover pet stains. I was later told that the fabric we chose was difficult and needed a special solvent-based cleaning. When I booked that (at our own cost), we were told that a solvent based cleaning wouldn’t work. Now we have the $5k Coburn pit sofa, a useless warranty and no way to clean it.

First off, the furniture is beautiful and reasonably priced (after various available discounts) for what you get. Elizabeth did an amazing job decorating my home from scratch. I purchased a whole home's worth of furniture plus several pieces for another apartment located in another city, and aside from Elizabeth and the furniture turning out great, the rest was a nightmare. Their logistics are a mess, and at the very end, they sent me to collections over $190 that they completely messed up on an exchange. It took several calls, emails and a mailed letter to their 3rd party collections company to clear things up, to avoid affecting my credit. There is little respect for the customer from the accounting, trade and logistics teams. I purchased in the neighborhood of 90-110 different pieces from them (rugs, bedroom sets, outdoor furniture, chairs, sofas, accessories...), and they could not handle the volume without substantial headache on my end. 5/5 furniture 5/5 design services 3/5 delivery experience 1/5 accounting, back off, customer service, trade service I won't be buying from Arhaus again, I will find alternate providers in the future who can offer high caliber customer service.
