Great experience every time we go here! Will is the GOAT! We have furnished most of our house from here and as long as you're patient you will almost always find what you're looking for - and in great condition! The whole staff is fantastic and a big shout out to the guys loading the furniture. They're always helpful and friendly!

Products are way more discounted than at regular Arhaus. I got a sofa which was around $11k for around $3k. Could it have been damaged? Sure, but that is the point of the loft area. It is a risk that you have to take if you want cheaper, discounted furniture. Crystal [our sales individual] was amazing!

I am giving them 5 stars because I never had a problem with my purchase at this location. Took me a long time to find something at this store because most of the items were damaged. What I bought had minimal damage if any at all. Be very careful when purchasing from any loft location. The reason you need to be careful is these are used items sold as is. The proper Arhaus told me the loft is where they send all damaged items. The proper Arhaus uses a third-party shipping company that is known for damaging the furniture during shipment or inhouse assembly. It also can be a return where the customer had a problem during their warranty period. I wish the loft would tell you this and put notes on the price tag where to look for damage. If you find a problem after you get home, there is no warranty, and you will have to fight with the people above the loft management to make a return.

The Loft is outlet warehouse for Arhaus. Items come and go quickly so if you are looking for something in particular you may want to check back often. You can find tables 50%-70% off original prices. Highly recommend following their Instagram as they take photos to show what has been delivered recently!

Awesome first experience here. They had a great variety of items including some lightly damaged pieces (small chips, dirty, etc) and quite a few that had no visible damage. Some corner armchairs marked all the way down to 99. I was looking for King beds and the section was a bit smaller but store associate gave me her card to check in on future stock. Overall a wonderful option if you want quality furniture at a heavily discounted price. I would definitely return!
