We had a fantastic dinner at Aris tonight and everything from start to finish was spot on. The fresh focaccia bread was warm, fluffy, and absolutely addictive. We started with the octopus appetizer which was perfectly tender and beautifully seasoned, and the tomato salad was bright, fresh, and full of flavor, the touch of mint was perfect. For our main, the bone in tenderloin was outstanding! Cooked exactly right and incredibly flavorful, it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had at rivaling the best steak house I’ve ever eaten at. The bar was just as impressive. The Macallan Old Fashioned was unique and expertly made, and after dinner the bartender came to our table and created a custom B&B cocktail for us that was warm, smooth, balanced, and a perfect way to finish the night. Our server, Giuliana, was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without ever being intrusive. She really helped make the evening feel special. Aris delivers on every level from the food to the drinks to the service. Although, it’s a little tricky to find. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to come back.

This is not a serious steakhouse..Had Xmas Eve dinner earlier. Ordered the American wagyu ribeye, medium. It came out medium well.. told my server and he said the wagyu is thinner and the fat leaves the meat hence medium well. He said if you want I can let the chef know. That’s the only explanation I got with no service recovery. Ridiculous! The good- bread, mushroom side , octopus appetiser and tiramisu. PS. Remove steaks from the menu.

For my birthday, I wanted to try somewhere new and a bit upscale, and since I love Mediterranean food, my family took me to ARIS in Austin…And what a great choice! Everything was exceptional. My husband ordered the lamb chops and said they were the best he’s ever had. My sister and I shared the New York steak which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor , while my kids enjoyed their pan-seared bass and they are picky eaters but they loved it. For starter we tried the Octopus and it was the best, if you love Octopus. The fattoush and Israeli salads were fresh and very delicious, and they serve warm bread to start, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, they brought us an ice cream to share with a candle !! Also parking was easy, the valet parking was convenient and only $8. Definitely one of Austin’s best high-end Mediterranean dining experiences!! They even gave me a card signed by the entire staff…😍😍😍

Everything at Aris was gorgeous from beginning to end. The staff was so warm and welcoming and the food was out of this world. The sommelier recommended a wine from Sicily that we never would have tried on our own and it was delicious. And save room for dessert! I don’t care about tiramisu but their tiramisu with phyllo and whiskey marscapone was incredible. Great place for cocktails, date night and anything in between. We hope to be back very soon!

We hosted a private dinner at Aris and wow—from start to finish, it was incredible. Samantha made planning a breeze, and the entire team (shoutout to Frank!) brought our vision to life with such care and creativity. The food was next-level, the space was stunning, and the service was flawless. If you're looking for a place to host a truly memorable event in Austin, Aris is it. Can’t wait to come back!
