I love love love this studio! I am a recently retired D1 college athlete and I wanted to find something that challenges me but keeps the fun in it. I started in October and have been going ever since. This is the perfect place and I definitely have found my community. It is not easy and makes you engage all your muscles in unique ways. The instructors are the best and they always make you feel welcomed and heard. Shoutout to Lisa and Sammy! They just opened their second location in Gilbert. I primarily go to the Chandler one but both are great! I also love Keelyn who just started coaching here, she’s the sweetest ever :) Open to anyone, girls and guys! Love this place 🥰 New Review Jan 2026: I just had my Pink Pilates Princess birthday party here and it was so perfect! I reserved the whole studio for me and my friends. I chose Keelyn as my instructor and she was amazing!! Lisa and Sammy helped me coordinate and they truly show love to their clients. I felt so special 💗 10/10 I would do this again! If I could rate this studio, I would give them 1000000000/10 stars 🌟

I absolutely love this Pilates studio and highly recommend it! The instructors are so sweet and always take the time to explain how to do each exercise correctly. I’m beyond happy I found this place, it really motivates me to work out every day. Happy 2nd anniversary! ✨💖

Arizona Pilates Studio is simply the best! This was my first time doing Pilates in a studio, and while I was a bit nervous at first, it has been an incredible experience. Lisa and Sammy are so thoughtful and truly make you feel welcomed and comfortable from day one. Their instruction, intentional cues, helpful corrections, and just the right amount of push have made a huge difference in my practice. I’ve been going twice a week for about two months now, and I feel noticeably stronger. I can see changes in my body composition and even in the way I carry myself. Every class is thoughtfully structured with a great mix that hits all the right areas in different ways. I can’t recommend this studio enough!

I love this Pilates studio! I have been a practitioner of Pilates for 10 years and have found myself bored at other studios. Not this one. The instructors are knowlegable and creative and there are certain classes/instructors where I do something I have never done before every time I take the class. I highly recommend this studio for a good workout while having fun.

Arizona Pilates Studio has been the saving grace in my life. The entire staff is kind, and supportive. As a beginner, I was someone feeling completely out of place and unable to do majority of the exercises due to medical issues and other things. The ladies helped me, taught me alternative measures to take during class and really encouraged me along the way. I’ve never been able to stick with an exercise I enjoyed but I’m going on 18 months of consistent Pilates 🩷 and I’ve never felt or looked better, body and soul. Thank you ladies for all the endless support, love, and motivation
