This store is horrible. There are hand written signs all over the store telling people what not to do. I can see a few suggestive signs written in a professional way but this is clearly written by someone with a 5th grade education. Whomever is managing this store should be fired. It looks unkept, bare racks and shelves and the signs "per Mgmt" all over the store is stupid. One says "Due to extreme theft" jewelry is kept up front. Should be worded differently. Because of these signs, not shopping here. Here are some of the signs just at the front counter.

I found the merchandise, clothing in particular to be overpriced and not of the greatest quality. The music was VERY offensive and inappropriate.

This store is an absolute nightmare. The staff act like thugs—rude, aggressive, and clearly indifferent to customers. They line fragile items along the very edges of displays so that even brushing past can send something crashing to the floor, and then they have the nerve to demand payment for their own reckless setup. Prices are outrageously high, as if the hostility wasn’t bad enough. One employee even had visible gang-related tattoos, which made the entire atmosphere feel unsafe. I wouldn’t let my kids anywhere near this place.

I popped into Arizona Territory at the Arizona Mills mall in Tempe and found a fantastic gift-shop experience. The variety is outstanding, from Arizona-themed souvenirs and postcards to kitchen accessories, ceramics, hats, moccasins and quirky gifts for all ages. The staff were friendly and made browsing easy. The store has a fun local vibe and I was able to pick up a handful of thoughtful gifts without overspending. If you’re looking for a gift shop near Tempe with plenty of options and good service, Arizona Territory is a solid choice.
