My Bridgette was very well attended to. The staff were always polite and I was always updated on her condition. She beat cancer but then developed renal failure. After weeks of trying to help her, we had to euthanized at home due to kindey values being very high, not eating etc. They did an excellent job and I, and Bridgette appreciated all they did.

Above and beyond care, communication of surgery plan/cost/after care and providing us with a specialty vet in our home area for after care or any follow up that our vet couldn’t provide. As a client visiting the area I would highly recommend after the traumatic, scary emergency we had. They made us feel safe, confident in their services to care for our dog that broke both front legs and had to have surgery. Pictures: after admitted to emergency, after surgery, resting at home.

This is the absolute best place! The people are caring and they loved my cat like he was their own. They took great care of him. They were very thoughtful and coordinated in their decision making and explained everything to us thoroughly giving us all the options for us to make informed decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to take little Hank (who is still stable even though we have to help feed him) or any of my pets here!

This is the second time in about 15 years that I’ve needed to take a pet to AVECCC and once again, I’m so grateful for their exceptional care and compassion. Our shih tzu puppy Jack has a neurological issue he was likely born with and he suddenly began having a cluster of seizures. The AVECCC team immediately stepped in to calm the episodes, stabilize him and provide the right medication and guidance. Every staff member we met was professional, kind and reassuring during a very scary time. We’re so thankful to have such an outstanding emergency veterinary team to turn to when it matters most. We highly recommend! (Pic is Jack (right) and his sister).🐾❤️

I cannot praise enough AVECCC and their incredible staff. I had an emergency were my cat was covered in Cactus needles from the Jumping Cholla Cactus. They took her in right away. They took great care of her, and she now is happy at home. They even had a counselor to comfort you if needed. They were up front and accurate about the cost. We even got a small credit back. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Mandy Paul British Columbia Canada
