Amazing experience!! You can tell they truly care about customer service and their prices are the lowest from anywhere I looked in person or online! I drove almost a hour one way to get the speakers I needed, well worth it!!

Arman was very knowledgeable about all of the products. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive ones. He listened to my needs and made sure I got the best radio for me and my car. After installation, he showed me how the new unit worked and gave me great advice on which cable to buy to use with it. Dont come here aweful customer service. Arman did an ok job install on my previous car Audi A6 once the install was installed I was on my own as far as support he didnt follow up once I expirenced no audio sound. Then today as a repeat customer with my other vintage 91' Audi he treated me like he never seen me before. I brought my own radio and speakers instead of him giving me a fair price on labor only he proceeed to upsell me on his products and tried to sell me on speakers I didnt need and lied and said I had the wrong size speakers to get more money from me. Arman is very rude and dishonest with his business practices. I stormed out the shop never to return. I went somewhere else and they installed my speakers and now my sound system sounds amazing. He also wants you to sign a non-disclosure so If they mess up your car they wont be held liable for any damages. I dodged a bullet and you should too with this place.
