Emanuel wright was great greeted me with a smile and offered a compliment to me. Was also greeted at the door with Angelique who also assisted me with purchasing a speaker giving me all the details. I needed the differences and also give them showing me an example. Awesome experience thank you guys.

Maxine was so helpful when purchasing my washer! Will definitely be back for other appliances! Amendment! Important read!! I left the store feeling good but then I realized on the way home that Maxine rushed me off before asking if I wanted to get the old machine hauled away. I had to call over the next 6 hours (being told that she would call me back several times) and never did. Did not get this resolved after multiple calls. Then they stated we will receive our item on Thursday and informed me Wednesday evening that it won’t be available until Friday. I explained to them I took off work for this delivery and no attempt to make this right. This is the second time I purchased from them and the second time they screwed up my delivery time/date. Will not be a third. Buy at your own risk!

We had a great experience at BrandsMart USA, thanks to Tashrifa! She was incredibly helpful throughout our mattress shopping process and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Her suggestions were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, which made the decision easy and stress-free. We were initially just browsing with no intention of buying that day. Because of her guidance, we ended up purchasing a mattress we feel confident and excited about. Highly recommend asking for Tashrifa if you're shopping here, she made the experience excellent!

I want to give a big shout-out to Richard, the store manager at BrandSmart in Atlanta. From the moment I walked in, Richard treated me with respect, patience, and genuine interest in what I was trying to accomplish. I’m a guy who loves to BBQ, and I prep a lot of meat and food ahead of time. I needed both a refrigerator and a freezer that could handle serious storage, not just something that looked good on the floor. Richard took the time to really understand how I cook, how much food I store, and what mattered to me long-term. He didn’t rush me, didn’t talk over me, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. What stood out most was his product knowledge and attention to detail. He walked me through different options, explained capacity, performance, and reliability in plain language, and made sure every detail of each transaction was correct — from pricing to delivery to warranties. Everything he said checked out, and there were no surprises. Richard’s customer service was top-tier. He was professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. You don’t always get that level of care anymore, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re shopping at BrandSmart and want someone who knows his stuff and treats you right, ask for Richard. I’ll definitely be back because of him.
