Not sure what’s going on with this law firm but the communication and waiting process is very slow. Every time you call the receptionist will act like she’s transferring you and then same results all the time XYZ is not there. Would you like to leave a message? I know Josh is no longer with the firm. But the last update we got on our case was back In June 2025 a demand Letter was sent out and then another update in August that they’re still working on numbers and then an update just recently that those who were working on our case is no longer with the law firm mind you it’s been almost 3 years. Called again today and of course the person that’s working on the case now Glenn is not there. The runaround is ridiculous as I know we are all trying to get answers.

At Arnold Law firm I can assure that you’ll get the best experience when it comes to dealing with your case! The lawyer that was assigned to me did a phenomenal job and I have no complaints! I’m very satisfied with how my case was handled, and the time frame in which it was handled/settled. The communication was solid throughout the whole process and I would recommend this firm to anyone ! 10/10. :) ❤️

I just want to say that my case is not done yet, but I have to say that I'm really grateful with Arnold's law firm. They are compassionate and very professional they care for their clients. My case is not easy , but my lawyer Andrew and Brenda are amazing. They are fighting for me. I'm having a great experience with Brenda. She keeps me informed every step of the way. When i have questions she is very quick to respond. She has a great heart and she is very informative and really helpful. I will be forever greatful for keeping me calm during this hard time in my life.

Stephanie was great at keeping me informed of what was happening with my case and always there to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I don’t write reviews, but it’s important that I share my experience with you. I was referred to this amazing firm by a friend at one of the lowest and worst times in mine and my families life. My son is 24 years old he was killed on his motorcycle while on his way back home one night in January of this year. As a parent and person I hope no one ever experiences this kind of trauma but I know that’s a foolish statement. The people at this firm, are who you want when you are at your lowest but I really had the honor and privilege of working closely with one individual and that would be Stephanie. She is an amazing, strong, dedicated, relentless person with a passion and fire that never goes out for the person she is working with. The whole time she is working to help you and your family to achieve the best outcome for your case. She will go above and beyond to make sure no paper/stone is over looked or not turned over on your behalf. Over the course of working with Stephanie I can without hesitation say that I am so grateful that she is in my corner. If you need a person or firm to be there for you, then without a doubt this firm is the one you need to contact. I promise they will be there for every high and low you have while getting you the best out come they possibly can, because that’s what Stephanie and her team has done for my self and my family. Nothing is a coincidence, so if you want to know are you at the right place at the right time, you probably are. My son is and was an amazing, outgoing, larger then life person who deserves the best and I can say as his mom we did just that in honor of him.
