Greetings Mr Brooks and your Amazing Team! I pray all is well with you and your beautiful family. I am know to be a calm, patient and a fair person. Also, I normally don’t take the pleasure to write or comment on certain establishments, products, Customer Service un-etiquette demeanor or simply complain, but when you have been waiting since 2017 (8 1/2 years) for a response or a follow up on your case, you leave messages for a call back to no avail, it is quite disheartening to say the least. I was HIGHLY recommended to hire your firm to represent my case against the Boston Scientific. My first contact person in 2017 was Briana Solomon and thereafter, different case managers took over my case: Solomon, Ty, Funmi, and now Guísela Perez. Two months ago, I left 2 messages for Ms Perez ( if she’s still employed )and I have not received a courtesy call back, nor have I received an update on my case since January 30th ( 11 months). I spoke once with Jennifer Domer back in 2023, she was kind, gracious, and attentive to my concerns. I know she’s working hard to settle this case. I appreciate her efforts , but it would be nice if I can receive updates on my Mesh case. Thank you kindly for “listening “. Have a blessed Day…. W. Rex

it was a nice experience very focused and laid back. the participants were great having their own honest expressions. the faciliators were patient with us and professional at the same time. thank you for allowing me to be in the group

In my interactions with Mr. Cutter and his staff, I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive/communicative/receptive to questions and able to relay information in a way that could easily be understood by all. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with him/his office and would enthusiastically recommend his/their firm to anyone in need of the legal services he/they provide. Edited to add: I recently had the pleasure of again seeing first-hand this firm's excellent communication and thorough analytical style (in stark contrast to how many firms seem to operate these days). Mr. Cutter and his staff are a joy to work with and put forth the best efforts for all clients/cases.
