So disappointing. I used to go to Arrichion consistently a few years back until I left the area. I was back in town for a weekend and decided to go to a class and the differences that have been made here were astounding. This is not yoga anymore. The instructor was a recording and multiple times during the class we were told to shavasana for a few moments before continuing on?? which totally defeats the purpose of that meditative and restorative pose. I've done yoga at a lot of studios and its so sad to see a studio that used to teach yoga transition to a glorified orange theory. If you want a yoga class there are tons of great ones in the Charlotte area. If you want a hit workout try Pilates. I would even recommend Core Power Sculpt classes over this. I will not be returning.
The Two-Week - Fourteen Days New Member Special is for fourteen "consecutive" days. Unless you're prepared to go every day for fourteen days, you will most likely not get fourteen days. I did not get a full fourteen days because it was just not worth attending pre-recorded audio yoga classes for fourteen days in a row at a yoga studio. It's a great studio if you live nearby and need quick options for a quick workout. If you're a Yogi like me, you'll be disappointed with the "Pre-Recorded Audio Only" Verbal Lessons/Instructions. The young Yoga teachers themselves do not deliver the lessons verbally. They walk around, give hands-on, or join in at the front of the class. They don't understand that verbally giving students directions, instructions, and guidance elements themselves enhances and develops their own ability to interact and engage with students, and become better teachers in their craft. These pre-recorded audio-only verbal Instructions will also eliminate their jobs. Additionally, the Diamond+ Slow Flow Deep Stretch Class is another pre-recorded audio-only instruction class, based on a Bikram/Hatha 26 Posture sequence, condensed to 45 minutes. I wanted to give a higher review because the studio is nice, and some staff were proactive. I also want the young teachers to understand that not providing verbal lessons and guidance themselves is likely to end their careers and limit their experiences in becoming excellent Yoga teachers. I genuinely hope you get this and create and teach your own lessons.
Nothing like it. Took about 7 years off after we moved to Pineville and now I'm back! There is nothing like the heat at Arrichion. The instructors and coaches push you, and also give great adjustments. Recently added the Strength classes to my routine and it is the best of all worlds.
I absolutely love Arrichion! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, creating a great atmosphere every time I visit. The community vibe here is amazing – everyone is so supportive, and it’s a place where you can truly feel at ease. You will notice as soon as you walk in - it's no corporate studio with a stuffy atmosphere and people trying to upsell you left and right. As a local, non-chain studio, you get such a personal, high-quality experience without the inflated prices you might find elsewhere. It's clear the team really cares about their members and creating a space that's both affordable and top-notch. Even though I don’t attend as often as I’d like, I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for a great workout in a warm (literally), inviting atmosphere!
January 2023. What’s up google fam - did my first class here as a guest of a friend yesterday and I have to say, it was an awesome class. I did a half circuit training 💪🏼 and half hot yoga class yoga 🧘🏻♂️ the class was led by Netta and it was awesome; she definitely pushed me but for good reason. She was involved with everyone in the class. The staff rotates teaching I believe. But yeah, it’s a good place. Definitely check it out!
