Don’t take your phone out of your pocket! SMH We wanted to try out the skating rink and had a BLAST. Great music, lots of space, and plenty of seating with snacks and drinks. Overall, we truly had a great time and didn’t let anything or anyone ruin our day. That said, I’m giving 2 stars due to how a situation was handled by management and staff. Another guest wrongly assumed I was recording her just because of the 'position' she said my phone was in. I have major neck issues so I hold my phone up slightly. As I'm checking BAND and Quo for work she assumed I was recording. When she approached me to ask me if I was recording her and tell me 'that's not cool' I was thoroughly confused and I had no idea what she was talking about and wouldn't shake her hand. She got upset and told management I was recording her. The most disappointing thing was management’s response... thus the 2 stars. They gathered in a big group of about 10 people and watched me on the rink for a good 20 minutes or so talking amongst themselves. When I went to my table again a manager approached me and told me not to record unless it's my kids. Why would you assume I was recording?? If you didn't assume then you would have never approached me! I was watched the whole time until we left and felt very uncomfortable for something that NEVER happened! It was such a childish incident that I should have never been approached by management just based off of one person's allegations of something ridiculous. The rink itself is great, and we really enjoyed our time. I just hope situations like this are handled more professionally in the future for your other guests.

We celebrated my daughter’s Big 13 birthday here and Logan and Jacklyn made everything very organized and ready and both so friendly and answered every question my family and children had. Thank you AR and Logan and Jacklyn!!! Greatest party host!
