We attended the Un soir avec les impressionnistes Paris 1874 - Une expedition immersive en realité virtuelle at the Arsenal Art Contemporain and what a visual treat to the eyes 🎉🎉 The Arsenal Contemporary Art has enough space to start with an art gallery where you admire and marvel at the various epic canvases on display 🥰🥰 We read about each artist and their art and were so honored to see it all on display 🙏 🙏However, it is the immersive expedition in Virtual Reality concerning the Impressionists Paris 1874 that truly takes your breath away 🎉🎉 The staff at the museum is very professional, gracious , and super helpful in giving you instructions about the VR (Virtual Reality) headsets and ensure you have the best experience and indeed what a memorable experience 🥰🥰 From the moment you put on the VR headsets you are truly transported to Paris 1874 with the tour guide Rose and it’s such a spectacular virtual experience 🎉🎉 From witnessing the banter and the works of the great artists Monet, Degas, Cézanne, Morisot, Pissarro, and Renoir it is truly a 1874 Parisienne night to remember ❤️❤️ My husband and I were in awe the whole time and smiled and laughed at the banter as well as the setting changes in front of us 🙏🙏 When crossing the street or the lake we really walked cautiously as we were so immersed with the virtual reality of it all 🎉🎉 The gift shop at the end of the exhibition is just as wonderful and we bought impressionist magnets and greeting cards 😇😇 Highly highly recommend the Impressionist Paris 1874 Virtual Reality Exhibition to everyone and please take a bow Arsenal Contemporary Art for bringing it to life for all the art lovers in Montreal 🙏🙏 Looking forward to attending future mesmerizing events at the Arsenal Contemporary Art 😇😇

Michel Le Broin'work sculptures were a delight to see. Will walk on this earth, on urban street, with a much different perspective now.

I receive email updates of all exhibits from here. I've enjoyed every exhibit so far. Easy to find parking on the streets.

The galleries regular exhibits were okay but not really worth the visit for myself. However, they had a virtual reality exhibit that was well worth the stop. The experience concerned the French Impressionist art movement in Paris. Whether your interested in the subject or not, the experience is the takeaway (We both love Impressionist art and most of the artists in the exhibition). So very well done. I think the experience made us both a little sea sick but it was well worth it.

I went to the Impressionists VR experience and it was really cool. I wouldn’t recommend for people who get motion sickness but if you like VR then this exhibition is for you :)
