Fantastic company to work with - excellent value and exceptional customer service! As someone who doesn't like to have their photo taken, the thought of getting professional photos for my job was daunting, to say the least. Grant and Ingrid both made me feel comfortable and relaxed. In an era when most photos we see are filtered and edited to the point of not looking anything like the subjects, Grant and Ingrid were able to capture the best possible version of the real me.

I had the pleasure of working with Ingrid and Grant recently on a new set of professional headshots. They were extremely accommodating in getting me in on short notice, the session itself was efficient and well-staged, and Ingrid and Grant were very friendly. Since we were working on short notice, I was able to see the images in record time, and the selection process was painless, with Ingrid offering excellent advice whenever I got stuck. I was provided with the digital files I purchased very quickly, and I am very pleased with how they turned out: I look great! My initial call to Artistic Impressions was made based on a recommendation from a Winnipeg business. Ingrid was very professional and extremely helpful with suggestions and a follow up email of photo ideas. We were looking to have a photographer set up on site and take photos of our Executive team that were coming in from across Canada. Ingrid was very helpful and made the extra effort to call me on a Sunday night as I had a last minute date change. Ingrid and Grant had met me on site, set up their equipment and had all photographs taken within 1 hour so our National Team could get back to their conference. The communication with Ingrid and Grant from the initial booking, site set up, and photo choices was a true example of outstanding customer service. We since have had other national team members visiting Winnipeg have their photos taken at Artistic Impressions studio to be added to our digital file. Thank you Ingrid and Grant for all your help!

Artistic Impressions came into my life 8 years when they started photographing my newborn son. We have continued to use them each year for our family shoots. We are always more than satisfied with the pictures that Ingrid has taken and often have a difficult time choosing just one image. About 4 years ago, I started using them to photograph my staff for my business and have been more than happy with those photos as well. My family is exceptionally comfortable with Grant and Ingrid and we always look forward to our time at the studio. They are very professional. Ingrid knows just how to get my kids personalities to shine through. Our photos around our home are always given high praise when people come to our home. I recommend them to everyone I know. We recently used Artistic Impressions to shoot our corporate and executive management teams. We could not be more pleased with the work both Grant and Ingrid did. They setup their equipment in our boardroom and were very efficient in getting our sales team in and out of the shoot so they could resume their workday. The photos turned out great and the process between proofing and receiving the photos was very prompt.
