Excellent service and very professional team! AS Special Events Party & Tent Rentals exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and well-organized from start to finish. The quality of the tents and event equipment was outstanding, and everything was delivered and set up on time without any issues. We had a great experience overall. We were able to offer more competitive pricing than similar vendors in the area, and communication throughout was excellent. Responses and contract adjustments were easy and very quick. A standout detail was the condition of the white fanback chairs — all were clean, well-maintained, and ready to use. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Although pickup occurred later than scheduled, it didn’t cause any issues, and the AS SE team handled the adjustment with professionalism and a great attitude. The delivery process was handled with care. The chairs were securely strapped and transported on well-maintained dollies, which were left onsite for our convenience. Everything was safely maneuvered through a busy corporate environment without any concerns.
