During my relatively brief coaching experience with Katrina (incl. 2 x 50 minute phone sessions) she was outstanding and gave me all the insight I needed to move forward with my next career move and making sure my online profile and resume were up to speed for present-day recruiters. I definitely recommend taking at least 2 sessions with her incl. a discovery call and whatever else you might need, in order to feel enabled for your career trajectory. Her prices are also reasonable for the SF Bay Area. She was very detail oriented, got in the weeds with me for late stage interview prep and her coaching has given me a new burst of energy/motivation, while I seek my next career move, while I’m in-between roles. I would highly recommend her to any of my peers, especially folks in the tech space, although, I’m certain she’d be great at career coaching other areas too.
