Absolutely love this nail salon! The space is super clean, the technicians are incredibly skilled, and my nails turned out perfect. They really pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure everything looks flawless. I’m obsessed with how my nails came out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great manicure every time! Helena took extra care to make sure everything was perfect with my nails, and I’ve already gotten compliments on them. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the location is clean, relaxing, and extremely well-ventilated. I’m sensitive to smells so nail salons usually give me migraines, but I’ve been to Ascend about half a dozen times so far and haven’t once been bothered by anything. I definitely plan to keep coming back!

This was my first time getting my nails done professionally, and unfortunately, I left a bit let down. A few things I noticed that could be improved: 1. The skin around my nails was left quite dry — perhaps finishing with some cuticle oil or moisturizer would help. 2. My cuticles didn’t look neatly pushed back or trimmed, which made the manicure appear unfinished. Also a minor cut, which is fine. 3. The biggest issue for me was the polish application. The coverage is uneven, with some areas missing near the edges, and there’s polish left on the surrounding skin. I usually do my nails at home and honestly expected a more refined result from a professional service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Hit or miss at this nail salon. I’ve had some great nails done and some really bad as well. The most recent experience was quite bad, so most likely will not be coming back. The gel polish was done sloppily and got under my nails, which then cured and had to be cut and pried off with cuticle clippers after. I also asked for an ombre on my nails, which were done horribly and just globbed in with zero fading. If you are unable to provide a specific type of nail design then this should be communicated, instead of doing it anyway. There was also a communication barrier with the woman doing my nails, and she had already put on so many layers that it felt easier to just let her continue rather than spending more time having her redo them. The salon though, made excuses saying that they were unable to do ombre well because they didn't have an airbrush machine. Every salon I’ve been to has been able to do a nice ombre with a sponge as it is a pretty basic nail ask, so it seems like they just didn’t want to take accountability.

I had a wonderful experience here! Tia did my manicure and was incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and kind. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, sugar scrub and foot massage, but she was just as attentive and caring. Both of them made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I really enjoyed the service and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend! The cost of the service of standard market price and because I appreciate the excellent service, I tipped 30%. Thank you so much to Tia for the beautiful manicure and to the lovely woman who did my pedicure (I didn’t catch your name, but you were wonderful!).
