I like how convenient the location is. The facility is solid. But their SolvHealth app is the most incredibly frustrating, useless medical app ever. Every time I check in, I have to enter and scan everything I’ve already entered or saved into my app profile before—E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G…Insurance card personal details, my emergency contact, my consent. I have to scan my DL every single time I check in. Where does this info go if the app isn’t holding on to it? I’ve been here three times since October, twice in the last month as I had a horrible virus that took me down. I’m back a little more than two weeks later and here I am laboriously entering and scanning everything all over again. What is the purpose of having a medical app and entering your profile info in if you can connect your profile info to an appointment and have all of that info attached to your appointment paperwork? Please lose the pointless app.

The on-line check-in made getting an appointment and checking in very efficient and convenient. The care group was friendly. My questions were answered. I received the best care. I highly recommend AST Urgent Care for anyone experiencing an illness that needs urgent attention.

Nurse was amazing! The RN was arrogant and basically didn’t listen to a word I said. It’s like she walked in the door with her mind already made up and wasn’t going to change it. I went in-coming directly from my dentist who couldn’t see me that day but asks me to go to an urgent care to get the strongest antibiotics I could for a very bad tooth infection. A shot and a prescription for the oral pills. Again I explained all of this to the nurse who I can’t say enough expulsion have been more of a sweetheart. You could tell that SHE really cares. But the the “queen” came in and asked me what was going on and barely let me speak. She looked at her clipboard and noted off two things that had nothing to do with why I was there or what I had just explain about why I was there and I never said anything about those two things to the nurse. She completely dismissed the whole reason I was there. . . Antibiotics for a bad tooth infection so I could have my dental procedure the next day. She used her little pointy magnifying glass and looked at my teeth/mouth for like half a second and said it looked fine (which it didn’t. Anyone could tell that it wasn’t). Then she jammed it into both of my ears and said I had a bad ear infection in both of my ears. (I know that ear infections CAN resemble tooth pain. . . But I’ve had two separate cracked/infected teeth before as well as ear infections and I know the difference.) I explained this to her at which point she THEN asked me what tooth hurt and stuck the magnifying scope that was JUST in my “infected” ears mind you and glanced at the tooth for another half second and said no. It’s your ears. We can clean them out for you if you want. At this point I realized there was no point in trying to reason with her and I needed a good ear cleaning anyway so what the hell. I said sure let’s do it. Before she walked out I asked her about the antibiotics and shot and she said that they don’t give shots there which is bullshit because I’ve had several there by other ACTUAL Drs and some NPs. And walked out. Sooooooo- long story short (haha) the nurse can in to clean my ears and did a fabulous job and was so amazing. (I wish she was the one with the white lab coat). To finally wrap it up. Been to dentist the next day(today and guess what?!? Horrible tooth infection cause by a very bad cavity and had it pulled. (I saw the x-rays so I know they weren’t making it up like the RN stated overconfidently). I know that was a very long post but I hope that none else has to go through that kind of “treatment” or lack there of just person to person. Don’t treat people that way. Have a heart and compassion. To end on a good note. . . My ears ARE nice and clean! And even though I didn’t get an antibiotic shot as requested she at least prescribed me the correct for of the oral antibiotic- so I will give her props for that. This conclude our broadcast day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Nashville, Inglewood. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s reassuring to receive care from providers who are both knowledgeable and compassionate. The facility was clean and well-organized, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt, quality medical attention.

I’ve gone to a lot of doc-in-the-box places around town, but this was one of the most pleasant visits I’ve had yet! Quick and efficient service, and their staff were beyond friendly, welcoming, and caring. I really appreciated that kind of compassion when I was coughing my head off with a double-whammy of flu/COVID that they found I indeed had…great service and even greater knowing that they’re near me too!
