This was my first sound bath. It was even more beautiful and amazing than I had hoped for. The home studio was gorgeous, very inviting and relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to reduce stress, clear their mind and/or just have a beautiful experience connecting with themselves and soothing sound. I can’t wait to go back.

In the heart of Nashville lies Blue Heron Energetics, a wholesome and healing sanctuary. I signed up for the Sound Bath and Tea Circle. I had such a wonderful experience. Ash and her team were so welcoming. My heart needed a soft and safe place to sit for while and take care of myself. I had such a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to signup for another class.

I love hanging out here for the co-working hours. The coffee pour-overs are great, and the rooms are cozy, quiet, and filled with natural light. Such a nice change of pace to work in!! Also love how I can just walk down and then grab lunch anywhere in 5 points. Feels like a great separation between work and walking around taking breaks. Also! I hopped into the morning sanctuary class one morning as well. I am generally a skeptic when it comes to sound and energy healing work. But my experience here was so professional, and highly effective. I could feel my body relaxing and releasing through laughter, deep breaths, etc. Suuchhh an incredibly positive shift I felt from Ash's work !! Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore their health by way of sound, movement, and energy, etc. Will definitely be back to explore further... and for that teaaa!! Thank you Ash !

This experience is so dreamy. I was greeted with delicious tea when I arrived and it was a nice slow start before the session began. Ash and Lotus were amazing and left space for us to ask questions or share our experience at the end. The space is beautiful and cozy. Overall, a really relaxing meditative time. I’ll definitely be back😌

This studio was absolutely mind blowing. The vibe from when ya walk in until ya walk out is nothing but welcoming, comfortable and absolutely moving. I have had the chance to experience the morning sanctuary, sound bath, and Yo Massage. The morning sanctuary was an experience I would highly suggest to anyone, especially those with busy minds. I have never felt more grounded and clear headed after the sanctuary. The sound baths facilitated by Ash Pereira are unlike any other I have attended. It took me on a meditative journey I can’t compare to any other energy session. This studio feels like it truly has the customers best interest at its core. All the facilitators really have their hearts in the right place and prioritize making everyone feel safe in however they show up. I will definitely be a regular at this place! Nashville needed this studio.
