This was my first sound bath. It was even more beautiful and amazing than I had hoped for. The home studio was gorgeous, very inviting and relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to reduce stress, clear their mind and/or just have a beautiful experience connecting with themselves and soothing sound. I can’t wait to go back.

In the heart of Nashville lies Blue Heron Energetics, a wholesome and healing sanctuary. I signed up for the Sound Bath and Tea Circle. I had such a wonderful experience. Ash and her team were so welcoming. My heart needed a soft and safe place to sit for while and take care of myself. I had such a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to signup for another class.

Blue Heron is a space I’ve been seeking and craving for years. The atmosphere is so dreamy and soothing. This is a place I can come to energetically reset and have an experience like nowhere else in the city. Ash is warm and grounding. Her sound bath and energy work took me to another dimension. Highly recommend coming here to spend time being present with yourself and detaching from the stress of being a human right now!
