This office is filled with compassionate, highly skilled professionals who genuinely care for our children as if they were their own. They are consistently responsive, flexible, and supportive, making this an exceptional place to consider when choosing a pediatrician. The practice includes several wonderful physicians, along with a dedicated team of staff who are always ready to help. They provide a clear roadmap for your child’s early years—covering milestones, vaccines, and guidance that brings real peace of mind. For first-time parents especially, their thoughtful explanations and structured vaccine schedules make navigating these early stages feel manageable and reassuring. I truly wish I could give this practice ten stars.

Dr. Lustre, Dr. Roberts, and the whole medical team are fantastic. Our son has had great care since he was born - they are always knowledgeable and communicative with us. Sick appointments are always prioritized and he can usually be seen same day. Their messaging app has also been so helpful as a first time mom. Highly recommend!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at East Nashville Pediatrics. The providers here showed very little respect for parental preferences or thoughtful discussion about medical decisions. Any time I tried to ask questions or request a more individualized approach, I felt dismissed and pressured rather than supported. What bothered me most was the complete lack of openness to balanced medical conversations. Instead of listening, they seemed locked into a one-size-fits-all approach and treated any differing viewpoint as an inconvenience. A pediatric practice should make room for parents to participate in care decisions, not make them feel unheard or pushed aside. The atmosphere also felt unnecessarily politicized for a healthcare setting. Personal beliefs—whatever they may be—should not be noticeable in medical care, yet here they were impossible to ignore and absolutely affected the tone of the visit. If you’re looking for a pediatric office that respects parental choice, listens without judgment, and provides care without pressure, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We loved having our youngest as a patient here for over two years. Unfortunately we are leaving the area, but would highly recommend anyone to take their children here. From the front office staff to mid-levels to Dr. Lustre we always felt welcomed and comfortable. We always knew our child was in great care with them and felt we could speak openly with Dr. Lustre about any concerns. The team was always accessible too. When you envision a pediatrician office for your little one - this is what I think most parents would envision! Thanks for everything East Nashville Pediatrics!

We LOVE East Nashville pediatrics! Dr. Lustre and her team are incredible. Each and every question / concern is treated with patience, thoughtfulness, and respect. Every appointment goes beyond the “standard of care” with Lupe and Dr. Lustre really taking the time to assess and support the whole baby / whole child, and the family unit. Lupe always makes a point to ask how we are all doing, to thoughtfully build my children up, and remembers great details about them. She makes the experience fun and empowering — which I think is incredibly important for children so they cultivate respect and appreciation for the medical profession, rather than fear. We feel deeply cared for while we are in the office as well well as between appointments via the terrific digital tools. I gain such piece of mind knowing help is available whenever we need it - and being able to use chat tools bring such welcome and appreciated convenience. Even the office space is very carefully designed and set up to be warm, welcoming, and inclusive. I’ve never seen so much thought given towards inclusiveness from the great books to the powerful slogans around the office — among any provider setting, let alone a children’s. We nearly always forget we are in a healthcare environment at East Nashville Pediatrics given all of this. We are so grateful to be in the wonderful hands of Dr. Lustre and her team!
