The flower arrangement was gorgeous and the extra care taken by delivering later to ensure the flowers did not freeze was appreciated! Customer service was also fast, friendly and personal. Highly recommend.

Ashland exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The representative who helped me place my order over the phone was wonderful, and the delivery team arrived right on time. The cherry on top was when they sent me a photo of the flowers before delivery to confirm they matched my expectations. I would absolutely trust and highly recommend Ashland to my friends and family.

Veronica did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. I came in only a few weeks before with some vague ideas and she went above and beyond expectations. The quality and quantity of flowers that I got for the price was amazing. Ashland Addison has a new customer for life!

Beautiful arrangement and exactly as pictured by on the website. I order 3 arrangements. I appreciate the photo in advance of delivery. I also am grateful for the responsiveness and attention to detail. One of the arrangements was not quite what I envisioned, but they were quickly willing to make revisions to ensure I was 100% happy. All 3 turned out beautifully!!!! - Michele
