Cassandra at the Virginia Beach office is amazing. Walking in your greeted like family. Walked out with a bed, frame and a new friend. Alex the sales rep chimed in and had an amazing attitude. The ladies D and M the office ladies are alot of fun. Highly recommend shopping here.

⸻ November 20, 2025 Today, I visited the Ashley Outlet, and upon entering, I was immediately approached by an employee named Chad, who questioned me about what I was looking for. I informed him of what I needed and mentioned that I preferred to browse on my own. As I walked through the store, he continued to follow me and was overly persistent—bordering on rude—in insisting that I look at the screen to find what I wanted. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, harassed, and unfairly judged. I felt as though I was being treated as if I were not a serious customer or unable to make a purchase. I have always loved Ashley Furniture; however, I want to bring attention to the unprofessional, discriminatory, and prejudicial behavior I experienced from Chad during my visit.

Jim was really great! He greeted us when we came in, allowed us to look around the store at the sofas with no pressure. Answered all our questions and very personable! We’re super excited to get our couch, thanks so much Jim!
