I went to Havertys in Virginia Beach for the Ashford Park bedroom furniture. Sheri was my Sales Associate. She was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Sheri was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and helped me make the best decision for me. I'm already planning to visit again to design my family room.

Angel was very helpful salesperson without being pushy. She gave us space to discuss what we needed, but was right there to answer questions. We will go see her at Haverty’s the next time we need furniture!

I met Kwame and Michael, a man who is coming to the house to measure and make sure that I am buying the right furniture for the space! LOVED MY TIME WITH THEM BOTH! Kwame was adorable and very kind! Helpful in every way!

UPDATE! Havertys has since stepped in and made this situation right. They truly care about their customers and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. While the Guardsman warranty was a terrible experience, Havertys themselves showed a real commitment to customer service, which I greatly appreciate. ------ I truly wish I could give more stars because I like this store and have always had positive interactions with the staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the product and the protection plan have been a huge disappointment. I purchased a couch here a few years ago along with a Guardsman protection plan. Over time, the couch started to show wear. When I filed a claim, Guardsman has been nothing short of a nightmare, completely unhelpful and dragging me along for over six months without a solution. A quick look at their online reviews shows I’m not alone; this warranty is essentially a scam and a complete waste of money. It’s incredibly frustrating because I genuinely enjoy this store, but the product warranty has ruined the experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering the Guardsman plan, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.
